Kerry O'Leary

motoman robotics
Robots do not run these headquarters! 3D renderings assisted the owners in realizing they could have a corporate feel even when positioned inside a warehouse building welcoming their international investors. These renderings secured the project for the development company. O'Leary was responsible for programming and space planning for this facility that included 65 hard wall offices.
infinite cohesion
Designed for growth, this new software company needed to plan for changes while being efficient with a budget of $30K for 2,500 SF. The plan, demolition, inspections and move-in had to happen in less than 45 days to make this space operational. Key factors in the design were to allow open communication as needed but still keep some privacy for extensive teleconferencing. One wall was painted with markerboard paint for a communication solution sharing the production status of 25+ clients.
facilities management
L Brands (TheLimited) and Red Capital Group both employed over 1,000 employees at their headquarters which meant constant changes within departments and workstation configurations. Collaborating in common spaces bring brilliant solutions! By providing services within their buildings to benefit employees such as a cafeteria, coffee shop, laundry service and more it increased productivity by keeping employees in the office instead of running errands.
